This former Real Housewives star’s engagement ring went from bling to bling-ier!

In October of 2009 Bethenny Frankel said “Yes!” to Jason Hoppyand this engagement ring, which featured a 6.5 carat pear-shaped center stone flanked by trillion-cut side stones.

The pair will celebrate their second anniversary on March 28, and Bethenny marked the upcoming date by giving her engagement ring a little facelift. Here it is before a Today show taping last week.

It looks to me like it’s the same center stone switched to a sparkle-tastic new halo (or double halo) setting with pave diamonds all the way around the band.

Reading this interview it is easy to feel the synergy they create together and it shows in the clean, modern designs of their clothing line. It is also awesome to read Toronto has a great community for supporting independent fashion. That makes us very happy here at Smashing Darling!

Darlings: How did you get into fashion design, and when did you start your own line?

Inna has been a stylist and dressmaker for most of her life, mostly for a private clientele, while Kirill grew up in this fashion oriented environment.
